Our Beaver Colonies

Beaver Scouts takes boys and girls between ages 6 and 8.

We have two Beaver Colonies that both meet in the Scout Hut in Bishops Lydeard:

  • Riverside Beavers: Mondays from 17:30 to 18:45
  • Woodland Beavers: Thursdays from 17:30 to 18:45

Our Beavers take part in a wide range of activities including games, crafts, singing, visits and good turns, along with plenty of outdoor activities – come rain or shine!

They also have the opportunity to take part in the fun and excitement of camps and sleepovers. It may be the first time they have spent a night away from home, so it’s a real adventure for them!

If your child would like to join us, or you’re interested in helping us out, please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you!
