Most of our data is stored securely within Online Scout Manager (OSM), which is a GDPR-compliant platform used by the Scouts. Any paper forms are kept securely by Section Leaders and destroyed when no longer needed.

We do not sell your data. We only share information with The Scout Association (HQ) or emergency services when absolutely necessary for safety or legal requirements.

5. Your Rights
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for data to be deleted when your child leaves the Group.
